Hattie Lu Event Designs is owned and operated by me (Michelle) and my mom Carol. We put our heart and soul into every balloon and decor design! You may be wondering, who is Hattie Lu? My daughter, Hattie Lucille! She's our motivation! We understand planning events can be stressful, so we'll handle the decorations for you! We specialize in luxury balloons and event rentals.
